Hot Fluid Applied
Hot Fluid Applied is a single component, hot-applied, rubberized asphalt compound that cures to form a strong, flexible, fully adhered waterproofing membrane. Forming a watertight seal, it eliminates water migration and build-up of moisture on the surface of the substrate.

Green Roof
For a truly eco-conscious roofing solution, plant a green roof. There are two options for a green roof system. A green roof system is an extension of the existing roof. The first system involves a high quality waterproofing and root repellent system, a drainage system, filter cloth, a lightweight growing medium and plants. The second system includes pre-planted trays filled with a lightweight growing medium and plants professional installed over a variety of new and existing roof systems including waterproofing, single-ply, or built-up. Benefits of green roofs are energy efficiency, longer lifespan of materials, sound insulation, aesthetic appeal, and minimized storm water run-off.
